Refund policy
Restocking & Processing Fees
Returned items are subject to a restocking charge to offset inspection and inventory handling costs. The applicable fee is:
- 20% of the item price for shipments delivered to commercial locations
- 30% of the item price for shipments delivered to residential locations
This fee will be deducted from the total refund or return credit.
Eligible Returns (Commercial & Residential)
Most standard, in-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been used
- The item is free from damage
- The item is returned in its original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Consumable products
- Custom or configurable products
- Certain Special Order items
- Products shipped directly from the manufacturer (“Drop Ship Products”)
Refund Method
Once returned items are received and pass inspection:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible
- Payments made by wire transfer, check, ACH, or leasing arrangement (each considered an “Alternative Payment Method”) will be refunded as a Refund Credit
- A Refund Credit will also be issued if the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., closed or expired card)
Important notes:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund or credit amount
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international returns
Special Order & Drop Ship Returns
Returns involving Special Order or Drop Ship Products must be reviewed and approved by our Customer Solutions Specialists prior to return authorization. Not all such items qualify for return.
Consumable Products
Consumable items cannot be returned. This policy ensures product safety, integrity, and sufficient shelf life for all customers.
